Why would I opt for a DMP instead of bankruptcy or an IVA? Can you explain the benefits of these options?

It is always an individual choice as to which route you feel is best for you. And, there are indeed some instances where bankruptcy, on a purely financial basis, could be much better than a DMP or IVA.
We advise you of all the solutions available so you can make up your own mind, knowing you have all the facts and are fully aware of the advantages / dis-advantages of each option.
After discussing your situation with you, we would indicate and explain to you which option (DMP or IVA) - or bankruptcy when appropriate, we felt was best suited for your particular set of circumstances.
