What is the process of setting up a DMP? What information would I need to provide you?

The process itself is quite painless. We will assess your individual situation and if a DMP is suitable for you, a DMP pack with all your details will then be sent to you to check and return with all relevant creditor statements/agreements/demands (this is the time to ask us any questions or make necessary changes). Once the paperwork is returned to us with your signed authority we are legally entitled to negotiate with your creditors. The process doesn’t begin officially, however, until the first payment has been received.
