What are the benefits of a DMP? I need to sort out my current debt and am considering this as an option.

We carry out all negotiations with your creditors on your behalf, eliminating a huge amount of stress for you.
• All letters and phone calls from creditors etc can be referred to us.
• We would attempt to ensure that all ongoing interest and charges are frozen or reduced, to allow the debts to be cleared in a reasonable time. This cannot be guaranteed, of course, but creditors are usually sympathetic to genuine cases where people are making their best effort to repay their debts.
• You will be assigned your own designated customer service officer who will be available to help at any time, usually up to 9pm Monday to Friday.
