Still getting pestered.
We had email and letter confirmation that our iva's had been accepted last August. Letters from collection agencies have not stopped. MBNA have made us bankrupt since?? How?? They should have been paid long ago. We have had no proof that the proceeds of our house sale (that we have placed in cleardebts care) have been used for the one off iva settlement. I keep sending you the letters but hear nothing back.

Hi loloscat.carter, thanks for reaching out here.
I'm sorry you are still being pestered. I'll make sure your supervisor gets in touch with you asap to clarify the situation. That's likely to be monday, I hope that's OK, sorry I can't be more specific here now. -

EMPLOYEE
1Hello,
We are dealing with your concerns; I am the Supervisory Department Manager and I tried to contact you today about this.
Your IVA was approved by creditors on the 31st August, and states that the IVA will be completed within 6 months. It has been confirmed that your arrangement can be concluded now.
With reference to your letters, we have received your creditor correspondence which we have dealt with accordingly, sending further copies of your IVA documents. Unless you advise us that you are still receiving contact, we would assume that all contact has ceased. It is disconcerting that you are under the impression that MBNA have made you bankrupt, they were in agreement with the IVA and are aware of the terms. I can not see why they might still pursue action against you so please contact the Supervisory Department to discuss this matter further. -
