Payment Protection Insurance claims and IVAs

We are getting calls from people in IVAs who are wondering what will happen to any money they get from reclaiming miss-sold payment protection insurance (PPI). The short answer is that it will go first to repay any money owed to the creditor who miss-sold the policy to them and anything left will go into the IVA for the benefit of all creditors.
