Living with someone who is bankrupt?

If she is liable to an Income Payments Order or has agreed an Income Payment Agreement, it may well be that her contribution may take into account the joint household expenses that you pay for which could make her IPO/IPA higher than if she was living by herself.

She was alone when she went bankrupt and I'm sure it goes on her wages and benefits.
If we move in with me she looses all her benefits and will only have her wages to live on. This is a major change to her income.
