income and expenditure for iva

where can i download an income & expediture form fromm and how can i calculate what i am allowed on expediture, eg two adults food allowance, and what is allowed.

    Hello Phil,

    These Income & Expenditure guidelines are not generally available for the general public to see, precisely because creditors fear that people will put what they are allowed as expenditure, rather than what they actually spend.

    Best advice is to speak to experienced staff at your chosen Insolvency Practitioner firm who will guide you through, whilst remembering that guidelines are precisely that, guidelines, and if they are exceeded then as long as the expense can be justified there is generally no problem.
