In all cases where circumstances change during the course of an IVA, you have an obligation to make your Supervisor aware of this and your Supervisor has a duty to conduct a review – this will include a review of your income and expenditure.
As the change in your circumstances could potentially be a major change in your expenditure, if you are now sharing living costs, the income and expenditure review would be carried out to ensure that the IVA is still sustainable, including increased or potentially decreased payments to your creditors – this would depend on what your current living situation is.
You Partner will not be affected by your IVA.
Please remember that you are obligated to inform your Supervisor of any change in Name or Address – failure to do this would result in a breach of your IVA.
