Thanks for your question. In order to process an IVA the following documentation would be required:

- Proof of ID (for example Passport or Driving License)
- Proof of income from previous 3 months (for example payslips, tax credit documents)
- Proof of expenditure from previous 3 months (for example, bank statements, utility bills)
- Statements for ALL creditors both unsecured and secured
- Documents relating to all of your assets (for example vehicles, houses, caravans)
