Can you change DMP providers?
I'm allready in a DMP with a company but i am not happy with the service they are giving me can I change to another provider?

You are perfectly within your rights to change DMP providers at any stage, although it is likely that your current provider will retain some or all of any up-front fees you have paid. They should have made you aware of this during your initial discussion with them and in their terms and conditions of business. Because of this, it can be advisable to raise any issues you have with your current provider to see if they can deal with them to your satisfaction before cancelling.
Should this not work and you decide to change providers, it is in your interest to ensure that you obtain all of your creditor reference numbers from your current DMP provider to give to your new DMP provider to ensure a smooth transition. Some companies - including ClearDebt - will not charge you another up-front fee if you have already paid to another company.
