Can I enter into a second IVA following successful completion of the first more than ten years ago?

I am a sebnior executive and successfully fulflled an IVA through Hodgsons (David Mond) in 2001 (caused by separation and divorce and begun in 1997). Now, I have been out of work for a year and have accumulated debt in excess of £100k. I have been offered a job at a much reduced salary and need to know if I can consider a second Arrangement. None of the current creditors are aware of the first Arrangement. Thanks very much
